What a special place, just came here with my kids and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful , fun and entertaining atomosphere. The food was delicious and fresh too! Mark the owner is a doll and genuine as well. Will be back!!

The customer's service was great. I'm the buffet is more on the smaller end not that many places to put pizza, this salad bar was nice and it was clean

We've eaten at Mama's several times and the pizza is always delicious. Service is efficient and friendly. The decor is more suited for kids than adults, but we appreciate the casual atmosphere. It can get loud if you're there with a bunch of kids, but never too loud to have a conversation.

As stated in other comments left by others, pick up time for online orders is unexcusable. I came in to pick up an order place online, and the girl at the front counter with the long ponytail, insisted that I get to the back of the line even though my order has already been placed and already been paid for and already been promised to have been ready. It would have taken her a second to turn around and realize my orders started 20 minutes waiting time, but she wouldn't take a second to do that. Instead I waited in the long line, once I made my way to the front the girl told me it would still be another 20 minutes. She just shrugged her shoulders and called the next person in line. That's awful. How difficult is it to have communicated better with me, checked on my order, or had the order ready as promised. I would have been a lot less offended, if the staff felt even remotely remorseful or empathetic, but I guess they assumed that customer service doesn't matter. It does. All it takes is for customers to continue leaving these one-star reviews, before Google will stop recommending this as a place to pick up pizza. It's simple math. Speak to your staff, and get it together.

Really disappointed. I’ve been going to Mamas since the 70s. As a kid who grew up in NY, and moved to Ft Worth it was my favorite pizza. This pizza was a soggy mess, overloaded with cheese, not enough sauce, not enough time in the oven. The Mamas buffet up in Plano is still delicious. This was just sad. On the upside I will say that they made the pizza I asked for and added it to the buffet, and the place was clean if empty.
